Activity Data

In terms of calculating the emissions generated by human activity, it refers to the human actions that result in the generation or removal of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions during a given period of time. For example in the manufacturing sector, the use of machinery that directly burn oil, the use of chemicals that release GHG or the simple use of electricity from the grid are basic examples of activity data.
